Autumn at Organic

Join us for class inside or online!

We're currently offering classes in the studio and live-streamed through Zoom.

The season of autumn always brings with it crisp, fresh air and a welcomed sense of structure and routine. This fall, we're especially grateful to be returning to the studio with a full schedule of classes. We know that this is an especially challenging time, professionally and personally (who isn't itching to get back to yoga!?) so we've designed our fall schedule to offer maximum variety.  We hope that our new offerings allow all of our students t0 feel safe and supported during their yoga practice - whether in studio, online or outside.

Before jumping back in, please review our updated guidelines:

  • As per the NYS Department of Health, all individuals are required to wear a mask upon entering the studio. Masks may not be removed during class time, even when present on your mat. Just like your yoga pants, it may take you a class or two to find the most comfortable yoga-mask to wear during your practice. Please be patient with yourself and you'll be back to mindful yogaing in no time :)

  • Teachers will remain on their yoga mat and refrain from using any hands-on adjustments.

  • Class sizes will be limited to 8 students to ensure social distancing can be maintained. Students may join the waitlist for a full class using their MindBody account.

  • Each class is limited to eight students. Preregistration is REQUIRED for ALL classes. To book your spot, please visit our MindBody schedule. This will allow for contactless check in at the studio.

  • Please observe the booking windows. Booking opens eight days before class begins and ends 60 minutes prior to class beginning (30 minutes for virtual). If a class is full, you may reserve a spot on the waitlist. Cancellations must be made by the client via MindBody at least 4 hours in advance. No shows or late cancellations will automatically be charged the drop in fee of $15, no exceptions.

  • Classes are scheduled for 60 minutes. We have arranged classes so that there are 30-60 minutes in between each class to allow allow for minimal foot traffic and adequate cleaning.

  • Props and mat rentals are not available. Teachers will be sequencing to minimize the need for props. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own blocks or blankets for use during class. Certain classes have been temporarily discontinued to limit the use of props (restore, yin and prenatal).

  • Practice saucha. Saucha is the niyama (personal ethic) of cleanliness for mind and body. Upon entering the studio, please wash your hands using soap and water or disinfectant. Leave your belongings in the car to minimize contact with surfaces in the studio. You can also help us by setting up your mat space promptly upon entering the studio and remaining in your space for the duration of class.

  • Stay home if you or someone close to you has been sick within the past 14 days. If you are experiencing any cold- or flu-like symptoms, please opt to take advantage of our virtual classes. You can still enjoy the practice of yoga from the comfort of your home (and PJs)! By attending class in studio, you agree that you are in good health and have not been exposed to or traveled to/from an area experiencing an outbreak.

  • Be mindful of the schedule. Hybrid classes (the same class offered in-studio and virtually at the same time) have two class listings on the schedule. When booking class, please be sure to select the proper class. Virtual classes are designated as VIRTUAL, while in-studio classes display the name of the class followed by IN STUDIO.

  • For now, we're a locals only studio. We're temporarily discontinuing the Drop In pricing option for in-studio classes. Students who have been in Broome County for the last 14 days and who purchase a package or membership are welcome to attend classes. If you live locally but have been traveling, please wait 14 days before returning to class.

  • Reach out with concerns about your class packages or memberships. If your package expired before OY reopened, please email bryce@organicyogastudio.com to request an extension on your expiration.

  • How does virtual work? Book your spot in the class labeled VIRTUAL. At 15 minutes prior to class time, you'll receive an email with a link to the Zoom meeting. You do NOT need to download the app. Just be connected to wifi and set your computer or phone about 5 feet in front of your mat. That's it - you're good to go! Plus, only one booking is required per family!

  • If you are interested in scheduling a private / duo / small group session in the studio or virtually, please contact us for pricing and scheduling.

We look forward to having you in class, whether online or in-studio. If you have any questions or concerns about our classes, schedule, or COVID policies, please do not hesitate to contact Bryce at bryce@organicyogastudio.com or by texting 607-221-6877.

xoxo, Bryce & the team at Organic
