We offer small-group training classes designed for people who want an approachable, sustainable and fun fitness routine. Our fitness classes are designed to feel inclusive, not intense!

Mindful Movement

We want our students to adopt a more well-rounded fitness routine to support the many components of health-related physical fitness. Fitness without wellness is not sustainable! Mindfulness provides a mental-emotional component and when combined with the value of strength-training and cardio, you'll be well on your way to true wellbeing. Feel strong & connected, move easier and enjoy a vibrant and fun community!

Class Styles

Resilient & Badass

This fusion-fitness class develops physical and mental strength through fun exercises, team building and agility-based cardio. Class includes singing to loud music, laughing and getting out of your comfort zone. R&B's objective is to help you increase self-efficacy by discovering the resilient badass within!

Inclusive Cycling

Our indoor cycling classes are small and spacious (eight bikes) and aim to promote feel-good cardio. We want to help you find the joy in movement and do not promote a faster mile time, weight loss or the no pain-no gain mindset.

Strong & Soft is a fusion-fitness class that combines 25 minutes of circuit training (TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands) with 20 minutes of yoga (mobility and stretching). Beginners welcome.
